Can I make a reservation online?
Yes, you can access our reservations portal by clicking here. Every feature is designed to guide the customer through the booking process.
What cities do you service?
U.S. Chauffeur Services is located in the Miami, FL and we serve all cities that belong to South Florida.
What type of vehicles do you provide?
Today, the U.S. Chauffeur Services have 5 categories: Sedan, Sedan Lux, SUV’s, Executive Van and Limousine. Vehicles are available depending on the day and time you want. Vehicles may be *Not Available because the chosen vehicle may be scheduled for other customers or the vehicles may be undergoing maintenance. We will contact you if this happens. And we can offer the superior vehicle if it is available.
What are your rates?
The U.S. tariffs Chauffeur Services vary by location and type of service requested. If you have any questions, call us on WhatsApp and we will respond as soon as possible.

How do I get a receipt for my trip?
Are your vehicles Smoking or Non Smoking?
Due to state law compliance all of our vehicles are Non-smoking.
Do you have a discount rate for specialty groups Military?
The U.S. Chauffeur Services, Unfortunately is currently not offering any group discounts. We are looking to soon be able to create discounts for some groups.
What if I require Extra Services?
When you are in the second stage of the Book Ride, you will have an Extra Services stage, where you can choose some services to put on your Ride. If you have already booked your Ride and did not ask for extra service and now you want some extra service, contact us via WhatsApp.
How do I get driver information?
To get information about your Driver in advance, you will need to contact us via Email or WhatsApp so that we can send you the driver information. But, we will send driver data 15 minutes before service. And don’t worry, we choose our drivers very well and train them to be experts with our customers.
How will I find the driver?
You can find the Chauffeur in several locations, but don’t worry, all locations will be the most comfortable for our customer. In the case of an airport, train station or some other more public and busy place, the driver will be there 10 minutes before the scheduled time. We will always have a person in contact with you via message or call, intermediating the communication to have a better experience.
How do I make a change or cancel service? What is your Cancellation Policy?
You can change or cancel the service by contacting us. Contact us via Whatsapp or Email informing your data (Name, Date of service, Time of service) and saying that you want to change or cancel the service.
