Cancellation policy

The U.S. Chauffeur Services have a strict cancellation policy in place to prevent any issues. Please take the time to carefully read and understand the policy to ensure a smooth cancellation process.

Our Cancellation Policy allows for free cancellations at any time with the exception of certain circumstances, which are specified as follows:

– Cancellations made within less than 6 hours prior to the scheduled service will incur a fee of 25% of the total package cost as the necessary preparations, including reserving the car and professionals, have already been made.

– Cancellations made within less than 3 hours prior to the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the total package cost. This is because the chauffeur has already left to meet you and will not be able to use the scheduled time for other services.

– Cancellations made within less than 60 minutes prior to the scheduled service will incur a fee of 75% of the total package cost. This is because the chauffeur has already arrived at the location and is waiting to begin the service.

– Our chauffeur will wait for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled start time for the service. For example, if the service is scheduled for 1:00 PM, the chauffeur will wait until 1:30 PM. If you do not arrive within this time, the driver will leave and our in-house team will make attempts to contact you. But don’t worry, we will try to contact you at least 3 times by message and call. Our in-house team will also try to connect with you. If you don’t show up within the 30 minutes wait time, the driver is authorized to leave and a fine of 90% of the package purchased will be charged and the service will be considered completed.

In case of Airport or Port pickups, the chauffeur will wait for an additional 90 minutes after the initial 30 minutes wait time. However, each minute after the 30 minutes expires, a wait fee of $1.50 per minute will be charged. If the customer does not respond or answer the call during this 90 minutes, the chauffeur will be released and the service will be considered completed and the customer will be charged for the total value of the service and the 90 minutes waiting time.

Please note that if you communicate with us via WhatsApp or Email and request additional wait time, we will gladly accommodate. However, the first 30 minutes after the scheduled start time are free, and after that, a wait fee of $1.50 per minute will be charged.

– In all cases where a cancellation results in a fee or a refund is issued, a transaction fee of 3% will be applied to the total amount. This fee covers the cost of processing the financial transaction.

For Luxury Experience Services, the price may be subject to change for special events or occasions that require extensive advanced preparation.

If there is a change in the scheduled day and/or time of service, additional fees may apply depending on the package selected.
